Eine Lernplattform
Erwachsenenbildner/innen aus Vereinen, Instituten, Unternehmen und Universitäten in sechs europäischen Ländern erarbeiten eine Lernplattform.

Der derzeitige wirtschaftliche und soziale Wandel verändert auch die Arbeitswelt. Wie? Steigt die Arbeitslosigkeit? Werden neue Arbeitsplätze geschaffen? Ändern sich die Arbeitsbedingungen? Wird die soziale Sicherheit künftig über die Erwerbsarbeit finanziert? Was bedeutet „Resilienz“ in seinen allgemeinen, gesellschaftlichen und alltäglichen Dimensionen?

Was wir machen
Unsere Projektaktivitäten umfassen Online-Treffen über die Kurse der Lernplattform, die wir erstellen, sowie über organisatorische Fragen. Darüber hinaus treffen wir uns reihum in den Einrichtungen der Partner und veranstalten Workshops, um das entwickelte Material zu testen und zu diskutieren. Hier finden Sie einige Eindrücke.

Treffen in Barcelona
Kick-off-Meeting im April 2022 zur Feinabstimmung der Projektzusammenarbeit, der verschiedenen Aufgaben und deren Verteilung unter den Kolleg/innen; Vereinbarung von Fristen, Austausch über technische Aspekte der Lernplattform, aber auch die Zielgruppen der einzelnen Partnerorganisationen und der Projektgruppe auf europäischer Ebene - und wie sie am besten erreicht werden können. Ein Treffen vor Ort, das es auch ermöglichte die Arbeit der spanischen Partner kennenzulernen.

Video-Treffen
Wieder und wieder: Die kleinere Gruppe der Projektkoordinatoren trifft sich regelmäßig, um die nächsten Schritte des Projektfortschritts zu besprechen und sich über die Struktur der Kurse sowie Entwürfe der Bildungsmaterialien auszutauschen.

Workshop in Lublin
Das Treffen im September 2022 brachte Forschende und Trainer/innen der Erwachsenenbildung sowie Lernende zusammen, um Teil 1 der Beiträge zur Lernplattform zu diskutieren und die methodischen Teile gemeinsam zu testen. Es wurden Beiträge vorgestellt zu Themen wie "The 'Gig' Economy - Is It Associated to Anti-Migrant Sentiment?".

Work meeting in Ireland in January 2023 to continue working on the topic of work and the courses on which the partners are currently working. Compared for example to money, it is not a "sexy" topic. But crucial for our life. Of course, there are many links to money....

Again and again: The smaller group of project coordinators meets each other regularly to discuss the next steps of the project's progress and to exchange on course templates as well as draft materials.

Just transition
Workshop in Vienna, June 2023: What is wellbeing? What ideas exist for a just transition to that? How does artificial intelligence change the world of work? These and many other questions were discussed during 4 days. „The exchange is the best part of the project.“
