Elementor #681

Workshop in Lublin

The encounter in September 2022 brought together adult education researchers and trainers as well as learners to discuss part 1 of the contributions to the learning platform and to test the methodological parts together. Contributions were made on topics such as “The ‘Gig’ Economy – Is It Associated to Anti-Migrant Sentiment?”, “Contemporary Labour Market in the Context of Civilisation, Technological Change and the Ambivalences of Resilience”, “Post-pandemic world of work: How do we need to develop our skill-set to fit the labour market of tomorrow?”, and others. The exchange also addressed the question of how helpful the jointly developed template was/is for the authors. Another session dealt with the question of how to „translate“ the content of the respective course into audiovisual material. The Spanish colleagues gave an introduction to this.

After three and a half days of work, the participants could look back on intensive debates on various topics related to work and different approaches to reflecting on them. On their return journey, they also had in its luggage new contacts with colleagues from other educational institutions in Europe and didactic inspirations for political-economic education work in their contexts.
