Existuje mnoho zdroj\u016f v\u010detn\u011b akademick\u00fdch \u010dasopis\u016f, mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch politik, diskurz\u016f, v\u011bdeck\u00fdch studi\u00ed i sv\u00e9pomocn\u00fdch knih, kter\u00e9 se zab\u00fdvaj\u00ed odolnost\u00ed a uzn\u00e1vaj\u00ed jej\u00ed rostouc\u00ed v\u00fdznam.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pojem resilience je tak\u00e9 st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji zmi\u0148ov\u00e1n v souvislosti se zm\u011bnami na trhu pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e9 se odehr\u00e1vaj\u00ed kolem n\u00e1s a kter\u00fdm se nelze vyhnout. Glob\u00e1ln\u00ed pandemie Covid-19 p\u0159inesla \u0159adu nejistot, se kter\u00fdmi se mus\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s vyrovnat. Zat\u00edmco tvorba pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst se zpomaluje, jejich likvidace se zrychluje. Podle studie Future of Jobs Report 2020 Sv\u011btov\u00e9ho ekonomick\u00e9ho f\u00f3ra, kter\u00e1 byla zve\u0159ejn\u011bna v \u0159\u00edjnu 2020, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt do roku 2025 nahrazeno 85 milion\u016f pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst v d\u016fsledku zm\u011bny d\u011blby pr\u00e1ce mezi lidmi a stroji. Takov\u00e9 vyhl\u00eddky kladou zna\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1roky na na\u0161i schopnost pru\u017en\u011b se p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat zm\u011bn\u00e1m a pracovat s nimi. A odolnost n\u00e1m v tom m\u016f\u017ee pomoci. Pod\u00edvejme se tedy, jak je odolnost ch\u00e1p\u00e1na v r\u016fzn\u00fdch oborech, abychom l\u00e9pe pochopili jej\u00ed koncept a v\u00fdznam:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u016fzn\u00e1 pojet\u00ed odolnosti<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Psychologick\u00e1 odolnost<\/strong>: V psychologii je odolnost ch\u00e1p\u00e1na jako schopnost p\u0159izp\u016fsobit se a zvl\u00e1dnout nep\u0159\u00edze\u0148 osudu, trauma nebo stres zdrav\u00fdm a produktivn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fyzick\u00e1 odolnost<\/strong>: schopnost lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla odol\u00e1vat fyzick\u00e9mu stresu, jako je nemoc nebo zran\u011bn\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ekonomick\u00e1 odolnost<\/strong>: schopnost syst\u00e9mu nebo organizace odol\u00e1vat ekonomick\u00fdm \u0161ok\u016fm, jako je recese nebo volatilita trhu, a zotavit se z nich.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Odolnost komunity<\/strong>: schopnost komunity p\u0159izp\u016fsobit se a zotavit se z ru\u0161iv\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed, jako jsou p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed katastrofy nebo hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd pokles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ekologick\u00e1 odolnost<\/strong>: schopnost ekosyst\u00e9mu zotavit se z poruch nebo stresov\u00fdch faktor\u016f, jako je zm\u011bna klimatu nebo odles\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak vid\u00edte, v\u0161echny tyto pojmy maj\u00ed jedno spole\u010dn\u00e9. Je to schopnost p\u0159izp\u016fsobit se, vyrovnat se, odolat nebo se zotavit ze zm\u011bn, kter\u00e9 nelze zcela ovlivnit. A tato schopnost bude st\u00e1le d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee tempo zm\u011bn, kter\u00e9 se d\u011bj\u00ed kolem n\u00e1s a kter\u00e9 nelze kontrolovat, se bude st\u00e1le zvy\u0161ovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S jak\u00fdmi nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi stresory se mus\u00edme v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm pracovn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b pot\u00fdkat?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rychle prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed zm\u011bny v na\u0161em okol\u00ed na n\u00e1s vyv\u00edjej\u00ed st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed tlak. Schopnost zvl\u00e1dat takov\u00fd tlak a budovat na\u0161i odolnost proto z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pozornost. Podle pr\u016fzkumu Deloitte Global 2022 Gen Z a Millennial Survey 46 % p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edk\u016f generace Z a 38 % p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edk\u016f mil\u00e9nia uvedlo, \u017ee se v\u011bt\u0161inu \u010dasu c\u00edt\u00ed ve stresu. M\u00edra stresu a \u00fazkosti je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed u \u017een \u2013 vysokou m\u00edru stresu poci\u0165uje 53 % \u017een z generace Z a 39 % mu\u017e\u016f z generace Z a 41 % \u017een z generace mileni\u00e1l\u016f a 36 % mu\u017e\u016f z generace mileni\u00e1l\u016f. Tyto \u00farovn\u011b z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed v posledn\u00edch n\u011bkolika letech (2020-2022) pom\u011brn\u011b konstantn\u00ed. Mezi hlavn\u00ed faktory, kter\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed ke stresu, pat\u0159\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e1 finan\u010dn\u00ed situace, ka\u017edodenn\u00ed finance, zdrav\u00ed a blaho \u010dlen\u016f rodiny, obavy o du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed a rodinn\u00e9 a osobn\u00ed vztahy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b toho 46 % p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edk\u016f generace Z a 45 % p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edk\u016f mil\u00e9nia uvedlo, \u017ee se c\u00edt\u00ed vyho\u0159el\u00ed v d\u016fsledku intenzivn\u00ed a n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 povahy jejich pracovn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. V\u00edce ne\u017e dv\u011b p\u011btiny respondent\u016f tak\u00e9 uvedly, \u017ee n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z jejich koleg\u016f v ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 dob\u011b opustili jejich organizaci kv\u016fli vyho\u0159en\u00ed. Ob\u011b generace sice p\u0159ipustily, \u017ee jejich organizace se nyn\u00ed v\u00edce zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed, ale hmatateln\u00e9 pozitivn\u00ed zm\u011bny nejsou v\u017edy viditeln\u00e9. Tyto v\u00fdsledky potvrzuj\u00ed, \u017ee budov\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed odolnosti se st\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00edce ne\u017e nezbytn\u00fdm pro zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed adaptability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak m\u016f\u017eeme rozv\u00edjet odolnost, abychom byli l\u00e9pe p\u0159ipraveni na zm\u011bny?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odolnost m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt na trhu pr\u00e1ce velmi prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1, a to hned n\u011bkolika zp\u016fsoby. Zaprv\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee jednotlivc\u016fm pomoci vyrovnat se s v\u00fdzvami a ne\u00fasp\u011bchy, kter\u00e9 se na pracovi\u0161ti \u010dasto objevuj\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 a osoby s rozhodovac\u00ed pravomoc\u00ed mohou v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovlivnit pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed sm\u011brem k v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed odolnosti.
