To je v kontrastu s pojmem kari\u00e9rn\u00ed zm\u011bna, kter\u00fd je ch\u00e1p\u00e1n jako proces zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed, objevov\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159echodu na nov\u00e9 povol\u00e1n\u00ed nebo jinou kari\u00e9rn\u00ed dr\u00e1hu na z\u00e1klad\u011b vnit\u0159n\u00ed motivace. To, \u017ee proch\u00e1z\u00edme zm\u011bnou kari\u00e9ry, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt n\u011bkdy n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9, proto\u017ee n\u00e1s to m\u016f\u017ee zastihnout nep\u0159ipraven\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abychom byli na jakoukoli zm\u011bnu l\u00e9pe p\u0159ipraveni, je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 pochopit jednotliv\u00e9 f\u00e1ze, kter\u00fdmi proch\u00e1z\u00edme, kdy\u017e proch\u00e1z\u00edme situac\u00ed vy\u017eaduj\u00edc\u00ed adaptaci. Velmi dobr\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem modelu zm\u011bny s univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed platnost\u00ed je takzvan\u00e1 <strong>Kubler-Rossov\u00e9 k\u0159ivka zm\u011bny\u00ae<\/strong>. V roce 1969 p\u0159edstavila Dr. Elisabeth Kubler-Rossov\u00e1 koncept &#8222;5 f\u00e1z\u00ed smrti&#8220;, kter\u00fd je zn\u00e1m\u00fd tak\u00e9 jako &#8222;5 f\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00e1rmutku\/ztr\u00e1ty&#8220; nebo jen &#8222;5 f\u00e1z\u00ed&#8220;. Tento r\u00e1mec uzn\u00e1v\u00e1 specifick\u00e9 f\u00e1ze jako ochrann\u00e9 mechanismy nebo adaptivn\u00ed reakce na neo\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9 situace. I kdy\u017e tyto specifick\u00e9 posuny nemus\u00ed v\u017edy prob\u00edhat line\u00e1rn\u011b nebo postupn\u011b, m\u016f\u017ee tento r\u00e1mec pomoci jednotlivc\u016fm i organizac\u00edm pochopit jejich reakce na podstatn\u00e9 zm\u011bny. Kubler-Rossov\u00e9 k\u0159ivka zm\u011bn je velmi p\u0159izp\u016fsobiv\u00fd model, kter\u00fd lze vyu\u017e\u00edt i p\u0159i kari\u00e9rn\u00ed zm\u011bn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jakmile takov\u00e1 situace nastane, \u010dlov\u011bk \u010del\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdm v\u00fdzv\u00e1m.
