Na\u0161e kari\u00e9ra je \u010dasto cestou oklik, couv\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159eskakov\u00e1n\u00ed a hled\u00e1n\u00ed. Kari\u00e9rn\u00ed dr\u00e1ha nen\u00ed ovlivn\u011bna pouze na\u0161imi vlastn\u00edmi rozhodnut\u00edmi; je ur\u010dov\u00e1na \u0159adou vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch okolnost\u00ed. <strong>Kari\u00e9rn\u00ed p\u0159echod<\/strong> je ch\u00e1p\u00e1n jako <strong>proces zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed, objevov\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159echodu do nov\u00e9ho povol\u00e1n\u00ed nebo na jinou kari\u00e9rn\u00ed dr\u00e1hu<\/strong>. Zvl\u00e1dnout kari\u00e9rn\u00ed p\u0159echod vy\u017eaduje b\u00fdt na takovou situaci p\u0159ipraven. Pandemie COVID-19, n\u00e1stup automatizace a robotizace a \u0161irok\u00e9 roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence m\u011bly a maj\u00ed na trh pr\u00e1ce z\u00e1sadn\u00ed vliv. Na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b mnoho pracovn\u00edch pozic zastar\u00e1v\u00e1, na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b po nov\u011b vznikaj\u00edc\u00edch profes\u00edch roste popt\u00e1vka. Zm\u011bny jsou nevyhnuteln\u00e9, a proto doch\u00e1z\u00ed i ke kari\u00e9rn\u00edm p\u0159echod\u016fm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kari\u00e9rn\u00ed p\u0159echody versus kari\u00e9rn\u00ed posuny a kari\u00e9rn\u00ed zm\u011bny<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i bli\u017e\u0161\u00edm pohledu na kari\u00e9rn\u00ed p\u0159echody se m\u016f\u017eete setkat s n\u011bkolika pojmy, jako je p\u0159echod, posun nebo zm\u011bna.
