U\u017e tehdy jsem si myslela, \u017ee se mo\u017en\u00e1 do\u010dk\u00e1me doby, kdy v restauraci nepotk\u00e1me \u010d\u00ed\u0161n\u00edka ani kucha\u0159e a budou n\u00e1s obsluhovat roboti. A ned\u00e1vno mi robot skute\u010dn\u011b p\u0159inesl objednan\u00fd n\u00e1poj. Tentokr\u00e1t jen jako asistent \u017eiv\u00e9ho \u010d\u00ed\u0161n\u00edka. Ale to se mo\u017en\u00e1 brzy zm\u011bn\u00ed. A to nejen v pohostinstv\u00ed, ale i v mnoha dal\u0161\u00edch odv\u011btv\u00edch. Na druhou stranu se neust\u00e1le objevuj\u00ed nov\u00e9 pot\u0159eby inovac\u00ed a spolu s technologick\u00fdm rozvojem vznikaj\u00ed nov\u00e9 profese, kter\u00e9 tu je\u0161t\u011b v\u010dera nebyly. Pod\u00edvejme se tedy na trh pr\u00e1ce futuristickou optikou.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsta budoucnosti jako v\u00fdsledek aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch trend\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ford Austria, Deakin University a Griffith University spole\u010dn\u011b vypracovaly v\u00fdzkumn\u00fd projekt <a href=\"https:\/\/100jobsofthefuture.com\/\">&#8222;100 pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst budoucnosti&#8220;<\/a>, jeho\u017e c\u00edlem bylo pod\u00edvat se na budoucnost pr\u00e1ce ve spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e1 je st\u00e1le v\u00edce \u0159\u00edzena technologiemi. Zkoumali hlavn\u00ed glob\u00e1ln\u00ed trendy, jako je technologick\u00fd rozvrat, v\u011bdeck\u00e9 inovace, zm\u011bna klimatu, globalizace a popula\u010dn\u00ed zm\u011bny. Krom\u011b toho tak\u00e9 zkoumali zm\u011bny, kter\u00e9 nastanou v kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch, a vytvo\u0159ili soubor pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst, kter\u00e1 v budoucnu vzniknou v d\u016fsledku t\u011bchto zm\u011bn. Krom\u011b toho tak\u00e9 zkoumali, jak\u00e9 dovednosti a z\u00e1jmy budou pro tato pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsta pot\u0159ebn\u00e9. Nakonec spole\u010dn\u00fd t\u00fdm identifikoval 100 pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst, kter\u00e1 p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed budoucnosti v hlavn\u00edch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch a oblastech, a tak\u00e9 navrhl &#8222;n\u00e1stroj pro pr\u016fzkum pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst&#8220; nazvan\u00fd Future Job Quiz, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 lidem pomoci p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let o pracovn\u00edch budoucnostech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 si \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te, jestli je pro v\u00e1s takov\u00e1 v\u011bc d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1, kdy\u017e u\u017e m\u00e1te svou kari\u00e9rn\u00ed dr\u00e1hu jasn\u011b zmapovanou. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee podle zpr\u00e1vy &#8222;The Future of Jobs Report 2020&#8220; bude do roku 2025 50 % v\u0161ech zam\u011bstnanc\u016f pot\u0159ebovat rekvalifikaci a o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 se, \u017ee 40 % kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f se v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch 5 letech zm\u011bn\u00ed, nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt pro v\u00e1s tyto kari\u00e9ry nere\u00e1lnou budoucnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e1ce budoucnosti, kter\u00e9 pro v\u00e1s dnes mohou b\u00fdt z\u00e1hadou<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poj\u010fme se pod\u00edvat na t\u0159i z povol\u00e1n\u00ed budoucnosti, abychom poodhalili rou\u0161ku tajemstv\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bio-jacker<\/strong>: Bio-jacke\u0159i budou generi\u010dt\u00ed in\u017een\u00fd\u0159i, kte\u0159\u00ed budou prov\u00e1d\u011bt p\u0159esnou editaci genomu rostlin a \u017eivo\u010dich\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b lid\u00ed. Bude pro n\u011b nutn\u00e9 \u0161kolen\u00ed v pokro\u010dil\u00e9 bioetice a praxi genetick\u00e9 diverzity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fusionista<\/strong>: Fusionist\u00e9 budou vyu\u017e\u00edvat design\u00e9rsk\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstupy, aby spojili odborn\u00edky z oblasti um\u011bn\u00ed, in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed, v\u00fdzkumu, v\u011bdy a dal\u0161\u00edch obor\u016f a vytvo\u0159ili inovativn\u00ed n\u00e1pady a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed slo\u017eit\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f. Tyto dovednosti budou pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 vedle technologick\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed a schopnosti kombinovat znalosti z r\u016fzn\u00fdch obor\u016f.
