Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b se v\u0161ak setk\u00e1v\u00e1me i se skokov\u00fdmi zm\u011bnami, \u010dasto zp\u016fsoben\u00fdmi n\u00e1hl\u00fdmi nebo nekontrolovateln\u00fdmi zm\u011bnami, kter\u00e9 v\u00fdvoj urychluj\u00ed. Konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladem je pandemie Covid-19 nebo rozmach n\u00e1stroj\u016f um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence, kter\u00e9 vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed tlak na v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed flexibilitu, schopnost p\u0159izp\u016fsobit se, zvl\u00e1dat stres a rychle se u\u010dit pomoc\u00ed nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed. A pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto a mnoh\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed dovednosti pat\u0159\u00ed k t\u011bm, kter\u00e9 bude t\u0159eba kultivovat a rozv\u00edjet na vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farovni.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pro\u010d se u\u010dit nov\u00fdm dovednostem?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne\u017e se za\u010dneme zab\u00fdvat dovednostmi, kter\u00e9 bude trh pr\u00e1ce st\u00e1le v\u00edce pot\u0159ebovat, je dobr\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, pro\u010d je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 u\u010dit se nov\u00fdm dovednostem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je samoz\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee nov\u00e9 dovednosti n\u00e1m umo\u017en\u00ed l\u00e9pe se uplatnit na trhu pr\u00e1ce a m\u00edt lep\u0161\u00ed kari\u00e9rn\u00ed vyhl\u00eddky. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee 40 % kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f se v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch 5 letech zm\u011bn\u00ed. Tempo automatizace se bude nad\u00e1le zrychlovat, tot\u00e9\u017e plat\u00ed pro digitalizaci, kterou prosazuje Covid-19 84 % spole\u010dnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se pr\u016fzkumu z\u00fa\u010dastnily (291 unik\u00e1tn\u00edch odpov\u011bd\u00ed glob\u00e1ln\u00edch spole\u010dnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 celosv\u011btov\u011b p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 7,7 milionu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AI versus \u010dlov\u011bk \u2013 jak\u00e9 dovednosti n\u00e1s u\u010din\u00ed konkurenceschopn\u00fdmi?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V literatu\u0159e existuje mnoho r\u016fzn\u00fdch seznam\u016f a p\u0159ehled\u016f kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 bude t\u0159eba rozv\u00edjet, abychom se p\u0159izp\u016fsobili nov\u00fdm technologi\u00edm a glob\u00e1ln\u00edm trend\u016fm. \u010casto se mezi nimi objevuj\u00ed dovednosti jako adaptabilita, kritick\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed, kreativita, emo\u010dn\u00ed inteligence, digit\u00e1ln\u00ed gramotnost a kontinu\u00e1ln\u00ed u\u010den\u00ed. P\u0159esto\u017ee technologie jdou rychle kup\u0159edu, bylo by bl\u00e1hov\u00e9 si myslet, \u017ee komunika\u010dn\u00ed dovednosti, empatie a schopnost jednat s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi typy lid\u00ed nebudou v budoucnu cen\u011bny. Naopak. Tyto dovednosti budou konkuren\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdhodou oproti um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligenci, kter\u00e1 bude v n\u011bkolika odv\u011btv\u00edch konkurovat lidem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak\u00fdch je 10 nejlep\u0161\u00edch dovednost\u00ed roku 2025?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zpr\u00e1va Future of Jobs Report 2010 p\u0159edstavila seznam 10 nejlep\u0161\u00edch dovednost\u00ed roku 2025 rozd\u011blen\u00fdch do \u010dty\u0159 kategori\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se: \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f, sebe\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, pr\u00e1ce s lidmi a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a rozvoje technologi\u00ed. P\u0159i bli\u017e\u0161\u00edm pohledu na seznam dovednost\u00ed je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee mnoh\u00e9 z nich se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm rozvoje slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch kognitivn\u00edch proces\u016f spojen\u00fdch s pokro\u010dil\u00fdmi technologiemi. Na druhou stranu mezi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 dovednosti pat\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 kreativita, iniciativa, veden\u00ed, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed vliv, odolnost a schopnost zvl\u00e1dat stres, co\u017e zd\u016fraz\u0148uje skute\u010dnost, \u017ee lid\u00e9 nejsou stroje. To potvrzuje i zpr\u00e1va &#8222;McKinsey Global Institute Report&#8220; (2021), z n\u00ed\u017e vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee lid\u00e9 se budou muset nau\u010dit v\u00edce soci\u00e1ln\u00edch a emocion\u00e1ln\u00edch i technologick\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed, aby se mohli pohybovat v profes\u00edch s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi platy. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 nesm\u00edme zapom\u00ednat, \u017ee existuje mnoho spole\u010dnost\u00ed, kde lid\u00e9 st\u00e1le bojuj\u00ed se z\u00e1kladn\u00ed gramotnost\u00ed. Dokonce i v Evrop\u011b m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd p\u00e1t\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk pot\u00ed\u017ee se \u010dten\u00edm a psan\u00edm a je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed po\u010det lid\u00ed m\u00e1 \u0161patn\u00e9 matematick\u00e9 a digit\u00e1ln\u00ed dovednosti.
